How to Connect Your Facebook Page to Your Adwerx Account
In order for your Adwerx campaigns to run on Facebook and Instagram, you need to connect your Facebook Business Page to your Adwerx Account. Here are instructions on how to set this up.
Note: Not all accounts have the capability to connect individual accounts to personal Facebook business pages. If you're an Adwerx Enterprise customer, your AdStore administrator has to enable this feature for it to be available to you.

There are 2 ways you can connect your Facebook Page to your Adwerx account. You can do it directly from your Account's My Campaigns page, or you can set it up as you're purchasing a new Adwerx campaign. We've listed both methods below.
Configure Your Preferred Page in Your Adwerx Profile
First, navigate to your My Campaigns page, and select Connect to Facebook from either of the areas highlighted below.

Select Connect a Facebook Page from your Profile page.

Sign in to your Facebook Account (you may need to allow pop-ups to see this window).

Note, if you have two-factor authentication set up, there will be an additional step to log in.

Select the Facebook Business Page you’d like to connect to your account. Please note, you will see all of the Facebook pages that you have “Manage” access to. Please select the specific page you want to set as your default setting. Additional pages can be added at a later time.

If you don’t see your page as an option, please confirm you have a business page set up and not just a personal Facebook profile. Information on how to create a business page can be found here. If you still do not see your page, please confirm you have manage access. Information on granting manage access can be found here. Once you select your preferred page, it will populate into a list of page(s) that you have authorized.
Note: If this is your first time adding a page, only one page will show.

If you’d like to connect additional pages in the future, this can be done through your Adwerx profile, using the same process.

Connect Your Facebook Page While Purchasing a New Campaign
As you go through the process of setting up and purchasing a new campaign, if you have not previously added Facebook authorization, you will be asked to do so. The example below is of a Zip Code Ad with Facebook & Mobile selected.
Start building a new campaign either from your AdStore or adwerx.com

Follow the normal process to set up your new ad campaign. Once you’ve updated your ad creative to reflect what you would like your ad to look like, the next step is to connect your Facebook Page.

Click the Connect a Facebook Page.

Sign in to your Facebook Account (you may need to allow pop-ups to see this window).

Select the Facebook Business Page you’d like to connect to your account. Please note, you will see all of the Facebook pages that you have “Manage” access to. Please select the specific page you want to set as your default setting. Additional pages can be added at a later time.

Once you’ve connected a Page, you will see a confirmation that it’s been connected.

If you’d like to connect additional pages, or if you’ve selected the wrong one, you may connect an additional page at this time.
Additionally, if the page you’ve connected to has multiple locations, you are also able to select which location you’d like this ad to run from.

Complete the checkout process as normal.
